Each service is scoped to suit the piece in question — never more than needed, never less than the watch deserves.
Everyday Watch Tune-Up
A light, careful check for watches worn regularly. We assess timekeeping, clean the exterior, replace the battery for quartz pieces or wind and observe mechanical ones, and check the seals for daily wear.

Vintage Care Session
A considerate service for older watches that ask for a gentler approach. We clean and lubricate the movement, tend to worn seals, and address small cosmetic concerns while preserving natural patina.

Full Studio Overhaul
A thorough, patient overhaul for pieces that have gone a long while without care. Includes complete disassembly, cleaning, part replacement, resealing, and a settling period on the timing bench.

Assessed before anything begins
We look at every watch before quoting. You know what to expect and why, before we pick up a tool.

Components are replaced when they need to be, not as a default. We discuss any replacements with you first.
A timing bench, not a guess
Finished watches rest on the timing bench until readings settle. We return the watch when it is ready, not before.
Patina is preserved
For older pieces, we work around the character of the watch rather than polishing it away. Ageing is part of the story.

If something unexpected turns up during work, we stop and discuss it with you rather than pressing ahead on our own.

Common questions
A few things worth knowing
How do I know which service suits my watch?
During an initial assessment — either in the studio or via a brief conversation — we will let you know what we find and which level of care makes sense. If you are unsure, an Everyday Tune-Up is a natural starting point for most watches in regular use.
How long does each service take?
An Everyday Tune-Up typically takes a few working days. A Vintage Care Session usually runs five to eight working days depending on the piece. A Full Studio Overhaul requires two to four weeks, including the settling period on the timing bench. We keep you informed as the work progresses.
Do you work on all watch brands and types?
We work on a wide range of quartz and mechanical watches. Some complicated high-complication pieces or watches with proprietary movements may need specialist attention elsewhere, and we will say so honestly rather than take on work outside our scope.
What happens if unexpected issues are found during a service?
We stop and discuss it with you. No additional work proceeds without your agreement. You may choose to address the issue, note it for later, or simply collect the watch once the agreed scope is done.
Can I drop my watch off in person?
Yes. The studio is on Nimmanhaemin Road in Chiang Mai. We are open Monday to Saturday, 10:00–18:00. If you prefer to arrange a specific time, leave your details via the form below and we will confirm a convenient slot.
How is payment handled?
Payment is made on collection in Thai Baht. We accept cash and major bank transfers. Pricing for each service is stated clearly from the outset, with any additions agreed before they are carried out.
